Quad I Acoustical Valve Amplifier 1950 open transformers KT66 GZ32 EF37

Description

Early, Classic Quad I Mono Amplifier, extremely rare, in excellent condition and working order.  Like the QA12, the Quad I Amplifier is capable of extremely high fidelity reproduction. 

Has open transformers, under chassis it shows all its original components.

Works with a pair of KT66 GEC followed by a GZ32 rectifier and pair EF37 Mullard.

It went three years under production 1950-1953. Tag on top of mains transformer with serial number. Made by the ACOUSTICAL Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Huntingdon England.
