The 52KU was the answer to the Mullard GZ32.

The 52KU  is an indirectly heated full wave rectifier and together with the U52 the 53KU, GZ37 etc. they are the most sought after valves here at AM.

It was made to cope with all medium power sets including most vintage amplifiers.

Cossor started production of the 52KU circa 1949.
