The Marconi Osram MH4 is an indirectly heated triode. It is a high efficiency general -purpose valve for use as detector or  low frequency amplifier.

The Marconi MH4 here shown have balloon shape, metalised glass with mesh plate early 1930s production and hard to come by these days. Excellent driver for PX4 and PX25 amplifiers.
