ARDE AR type with metal base and top pip Amateur Radio Dull Emitter low temperature valve. Ediswan made three versions of the ARDE.  General purpose with no stripes. Red line for RF and Detector and  green line for Detector and AF.

BTH British Thompson Houston receiving valve top pip.
