The Marconi Osram MH4 is an indirectly heated triode. It is a high efficiency general -purpose valve for use as detector or  low frequency amplifier.

Two versions of Marconi Osram MH4

The first MH4 is a ST fat shape MH4 of 1940s.

The second MH4 shown have balloon shape with mesh vertical plate early 1930s production and hard to come by these days. Excellent driver for PX4 and PX25 amplifiers.

All MH4 valve tested and working fine.
